In the meantime, I have a special treat for you- I’m giving away a box of AMRAP bars to 3 lucky winners!

I was just looking at these bars yesterday and would LOVE to try them! I started working out with a boot camp this week and this would be a great way to refuel after my workouts!

I’ve been busy working a few jobs lately (while trying to fit all of my workouts in), and I would LOVE to try these bars as an easy grab-and-go snack between workouts and work. The flavors sound delicious too!

I’ve been curious about bars with egg white protein, so I’d love to try these for a post-workout snack!

I would like to try them for post workout/everyday healthy snack option. I had my gall bladder removed two days ago and am 20 weeks post partum so my diet has to, and has been, drastically changing. I am a busy Mom of three, finding nutritious and delicious snacks on the go has been challenging.

Would love to try these! I’m not a “food bar” person – yet! I have always just felt bars are so tiny and filled with too many calories and fat- even when it comes from good fat like nuts and sugar from dates. I’m still always hesitant to try. But recently I have gotten into running and training (not just for simple cardio to burn calories but to push my body), finding such a sense of personal achievement when I break through PRs. Often I feel I don’t have enough fuel to keep me going for harder longer cardio workouts. I know athletes like yourself praise different types of bars, so would love to try one that you deem a “health winning” brand! Maybe you can turn me into a “food bar” believer after all. 😉

Hello, I am at a loss for good nutrition on the road. I am a airline pilot and trying to keep a clean and healthy diet on the go is impossible. I have tried a lot of nutrition bars, but have found very few that have a good portion of protein without a ton of sugar. I checked out the ingredient list and can recognize and pronounce everything….amazing. I would love to give these bars a try!

I would really love to try these bars! Here are my reasons:
    1. Just moved and I’m trying to adjust to my new life and get my eating habits under control.
    2. I start teaching classes at 6am and do not always get my act together with food.
    3. I eat a ton on bars and I’m getting really sick of the go-to’s.
    4. I would enjoy every bite!!

I’ve been stepping up my workouts in the gym trying to get my pre-baby body back. These bars would be a quick way to get protein in post-workout.

Interested to try these. Looking for a post workout snack that has some protein, is easy to keep in my bag, and is Whole30 compliant!

I want to try these bars bc I’m doing round 2 of Whole30, need quick & compliant food in between my patients, and am obsessed with figs. :)
